Nessebar Beach Hotel - Sunny Beach

Room was simple, but enjoyed the pool bar experience.

We stayed at Nessebar Beach Hotel with my family (husband + 4 year old son). The staff, the location, the service was great. The animators were very enthusiastic and did everything to entertain the guests. We chose All Inclusive service which was also great: diverse food and drinks. The room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely go back any time and I highly reccomend the hotel for families.

The only thing that I didn't like was that we could hear all noises from next rooms. We were lucky though that there weren't very young party animals around! :)

Very good located hotel with good services, excellent food.

The lady (Tatjana) at the front desk at checkout was very rude, unprofessional, arrogant. They had some problem with the POS terminal, it couldn't read 2 cards, and she couldn't handle this situation. Everyone else in the staff was nice, but her behavior in the last minute made us a bad memory.

Bring an extra towel for your feet if you plan to use the pool after showering, as the carpets tend to get wet from sandy feet.

Everything, only the location is good.

Very close to the beach, meals are ok, friendly staff, rooms are very clean, on the whole is worth the money.

The hotel doesn't have its own parking, you have to park your car at another hotel for extra 50 leva per week. The pool is overcrowded, so weak up in the morning to get a sunbed.

The location is a beautiful view of the sea from our room, a good bonus .

The pool was not clean, making it less enjoyable to relax and swim.

The food was like home, so fresh and heaps tasty. But the room could do with an upgrade, a bit vintage vibe.

We had a blast chilling by the pool and the kids loved the play area nearby. The atmosphere was perfect for some fun, and we even caught an event at the local stadium, a nice touch. The food options were diverse and always delicious!

The only downside was that our room wasn't cleaned thoroughly , just the towels were changed, a bit disappointing.

The gym was handy for quick workouts. Food was fresh and delish, especially the grilled veggies! Only thing was the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty sometimes, but that's just minor. Totally recommend grabbing a drink at the lobby bar too!

The distance to the beach felt exaggerated at around 100 meters, requiring a trek over some sand dunes which might be a nuisance for those looking for direct access. The pool area had a lot of noise due to its proximity to the children's pool, which might take away from relaxation. The advertised a la carte restaurants were disappointingly often closed, with limited operating hours and scarce food options available .

Parking situation frustrating!!! The distance from the beach exaggerated!!! Rooms lack proper cleaning!!! Noise from the children's pool unbearable!!! Restaurants often closed, yet advertised!!! Consider exploring other options!!!

Our Double Room Sea Side was clean and had a nice balcony where we enjoyed relaxing and taking in the refreshing sea breeze. The food was a highlight, especially the homey meals with lots of fresh veggies that catered to both our cravings. Daily cleaning kept our space tidy, and we loved grabbing quick workouts at the gym just by asking for the key at reception.

Some areas could use improvement, like providing extra towels for after the shower.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, with access to a refreshing outdoor swimming pool and a convenient 24-hour reception ensuring easy check-in.

Everything went smoothly.
